I have come up against a problem with Sims2Pack Clean Installer in that it will install and it does work to install lots but then some lots are missing in game and I have noticed it will allow duplicate CC that are attached to lots already downloaded which it did not do before? If a lot was already installed in my game the program would inform me and also ask if I wanted to overwrite any CC I was downloading that I already had in game.
I then noticed on the info page that I need .NET Framework 2.0 so I have searched for the correct version of that and tried to install it but keep getting an error stating you must use Turn Windows features on or off in the control panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1
I have gone into turn windows on/off control panel but I cannot see anything that may need turning on or off relating to the downloading 2.0 NETFramework and I don' want to start clicking things and mess anything up.
so I am stuck and wondering how to get framework downloaded so I can try the clean installer again so any advice on this matter will be gratefully recieved

Do you have an Uninstall program in the Control Panel of your computer? If you do, check to see if Sims4 comes up as an option to uninstall and then you should be able to delete the Sims4 files. The Sims4 files might be under Origin, look there for Sims4 too. - Hello!
I go to windows programs in the control panel and uninstall from there. Uninstall both Origin and TS4. To check and see if it got all of your game files you go into My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 you can delete this whole file if it is left over.

If you are trying to get rid of your old saves that will do it. You can just remove or delete The Sims 4 folder in your My Documents as crin says and the game will make a new fresh one. You can copy the Sims 4 folder in My Documents > Electronic Arts to a safe place. Usually a reinstall doesn't touch that, but now and then we hear that one has. If you want to copy fewer folders, get Saves, Tray (= your Library), Mods, Screenshots, and Custom Music.FAQ: culling relationship decay

- First you have to find the Sims 4 folder then find the saves folder and copy it. After uninstall using origin by right-clicking on it and clicking on uninstall. Then re-download. Find the Sims 4 folder again and find the saves folder. Rename it and replace it with your old saves folder

sometimes files get left behind on your computer registry when you uninstall.

Did you uninstall Sims 4?
Try logging into Origin using the same account that you used when you first registered the game. Go to Games library, click on the picture of Sims 4. A new screen will appear and you can download /install it there.
